Colorado Engagement Photographer

It’s no secret that Colorado is absolutely stunning with the gorgeous mountains and incredible backdrops wherever you go. Abby and Connor’s engagement session with me in the mountains of Boulder, Colorado was simply beautiful. It was a cloudy day that made for the perfect lighting, too. We started at the beginning of the trail where there was open space, beautiful trees all around, and subtle mountain views. These two were ALL smiles together and made this fall engagement session so much fun!

After spending some time in the field, we made the short hike up to the summit and were welcomed with STUNNING mountain views. We also caught an orange sunset that made the sky look even more beautiful! Who else just loves the way the Colorado mountains look right after sunset when they appear vibrant blue?! I had only been living in Colorado for a few weeks at this time, and I was just amazed at the mountain views. The sunsets in Okinawa are also incredible, but so different from Colorado.  I can say that I equally love the ocean and mountains. 🙂

Abby and Connor were adorable and SO playful together! I’m so thankful for couples who are down for a hike to get the best photos, too. Hiking for your engagement session is also great because you’re much more likely to have some privacy and not run into tons of people. I loved documenting the love between these two SO much, and I’m obsessed with all of their images!
