I’m smiling SO hard going through these beauties again. Julie and Jacob’s engagement session at Sapphire Point in Dillon, Colorado was nothing short of a beautiful adventure! They were absolutely ADORABLE with each other and zero part of me says that lightly. They were all smiles and giggles with one another, and it was the cutest thing to watch. They were down for anything and everything, including somewhat adventuring around in the snow despite the cold.

They’re currently in a long distance relationship, and Jacob flew to Colorado for a few days to see Julie. Any military couple knows how exhausting and emotionally hard this distance can be when you’re constantly separated. It was truly a gift to watch these two interact with one another on one of their only evenings together while he was visiting, and I’m SO lucky to have captured these beautiful memories for them! I mean…. GUYS! Do you see those blue mountains? And gorgeous trees? We wandered a little bit and came upon a stunning little forest too! The views here are absolutely amazing and PERFECT for a session, but this couple is honestly what made the photographs perfect! Sapphire Point Overlook is an incredibly breathtaking location with 360 views. But the real treat is seeing the smiles on their faces, and seeing how totally in love they are!
