Boulder Colorado Couples Photos in the Mountains

Where do I even begin with these two?! Marissa was one of my childhood/high school best friends. When she told me her and her boyfriend Casey were traveling to Colorado and wanted a session with me, I WAS BEYOND EXCITED!!! I can’t even explain how amazing it was to see her so many years later, in a location we’ve never been in together before! The weather was absolutely perfect, and I was ecstatic to see that the lake was no longer frozen. It was amazing to catch up, take in all of these beautiful views together, and to watch the sunset.

I absolutely love this location for sessions in Colorado. It has a great lake, trees everywhere, and of course stunning mountain views. Also, can we talk about how gorgeous Marissa’s burnt orange cardigan is?! I love the contrast it has with the mountains and greenery so much!

My heart is so happy looking through these again and seeing their genuine smiles. Already looking forward to these two making a trip out here again so we can adventure somewhere new! <3
