Breckenridge Colorado Engagement Session | Lianna and Cory in the Rocky Mountains
I’m so dang excited to share these beauties from Lianna and Cory’s engagement session in beautiful Colorado! These two traveled to Colorado from North Carolina and got to take in the breathtaking views of Sapphire Point. This location near Breckenridge is one of my absolute favorites because it’s truly a winter wonderland when there’s snow on the ground. You wouldn’t even know that Lake Dillon is there because it was totally snow covered. Now that it’s June, I cannot WAIT to see what it looks like now that the snow is melted and you can see the lake! Any elopement or photo session at this spot would be incredible, despite the season. 🙂
Also, can we talk about their amazing outfits?! Her beautiful wine colored, flowy dress with sequins mixed with his tux was PERFECTION. I loved that they didn’t care about getting their shoes covered in snow and adventured around with me. In most areas, the snow was only a few inches deep. In other areas, it was multiple feet deep. I know this because there were a handful of times that I completely sunk in to my thighs. Haha!
Photographing military couples always gets to my emotional side because when distance is involved (which it always is), all that’s left are the memories and photographs taken together. My #1 goal with any couple is to provide a fun experience with stunning images so they can look back on them and FEEL the happiness of being together. <3
